FROM BLOCK DIAGRAM TO BRING-UP BENCH
Hardware engineering bridges silicon and the finished product. The work spans architecture trade-offs and component selection, schematic capture, multi-layer PCB layout, signal and power integrity simulation, RF design where wireless is in scope, design-for-manufacturability review, and bring-up support on the bench until the first prototype boots clean.
Our team designs boards for embedded systems, edge AI gateways, industrial controllers, wireless modules and medical or automotive sub-assemblies — from compact 4-layer designs to dense 20+ layer HDI boards carrying DDR5, PCIe Gen5 and high-speed SerDes. We work in your preferred EDA environment, follow your library and DFM rules, and produce documentation that survives the handoff to your contract manufacturer without re-explanation. Engineers familiar with IPC-2221, IPC-2222, IPC-7351 land patterns and JEDEC package standards drive layout decisions.

CLIENTS REVIEW

The ability to collaborate, especially for a company like WBD, cannot be underestimated. Our choice of PTSoft is like a company that really follows a few main principles. We are trying to create something that is a consumer experience for our employees.
